The 2019 Prayer Breakfast will be an exciting time for Christians from many different churches, businesses, community organisations and schools across Melbourne's eastern suburbs to gather to pray for our City, State and Nation and be inspired in how we respond to the world, hearing from gifted media communicator and public advocate for the Christian faith, Dr John Dickson.
Historian. Media Presenter. Author. Film maker. Speaker. Pastor.
Our guest speaker, Dr John Dickson, focuses on the big ideas that have shaped the world. He is a gifted communicator, educator and public advocate for the Christian faith in many forums – concerts, conferences, churches as well as documentaries and the secular media.
Standing & Speaking for Christ in Increasingly Hostile Times
Dr Dickson will be speaking on how Christians can and should engage meaningfully with the world, not merely standing against social changes but standing and speaking for Christ with grace and peace in these times of increasing hostility towards the Christian worldview.

The group is made up of Agneishka Markwell, Naomi Paterson, Ella Miatke, Madison Leonardis, Jessica Starr and Joshua Dobson.
They will be performing an A cappella arrangement of the favourite hymn, How Great Thou Art.
